“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”

— Steve Jobs

The average person spends 90,000 hours working in their lifetime and yet only 20% of employees say they are satisfied with their jobs. 25% of employees say work is their main source of stress and self employed individuals find themselves even more stressed.  No matter who you are or what you do, you deserve to enjoy your life to the fullest.

Through one on one life coaching, I work with people who want to find more success, fulfillment and joy in their lives, which enables them to:

  • increase job satisfaction
  • find work/life balance
  • lessen stress
  • generate more success and joy in their personal and professional lives

My coaching starts with an initial complimentary session to ensure we will be a good fit for each other. Once we decide to partner together, I offer weekly and monthly coaching packages, and we will evaluate progress and plans for moving forward each month. Coaching usually takes place over the phone, with each session lasting for one hour. As a coach, we work on what YOU want.  Our discussions are based on your agenda.

Coaching is a confidential, non-judgmental relationship built on trust and respect.  Coaching is not therapy and is not about uncovering or analyzing emotional issues from your past.  It is forward-looking, action oriented, and focused on taking you to the next level.

I have had the extreme privilege of working with Carrie Wilson as my life coach. It has been powerful, empowering and life changing. Carrie’s approach is compassionate, kind, and caring. She asked me the questions that needed to be asked, and that method guided me to many epiphanies. Several of those happened after our session had ended. I continued to ask myself those questions, trying to get to the root of other challenges that I hadn’t yet talked to her about. And there it was...another epiphany!
